This is the winners of the TV, Film and Video Graphics award at the 2008 Design Week Awards. It was created by creative directors Dylan Griffith and Dan Witchell. It was directed by Richard Acton and produced by Roger Whittle Sea. The brief was to create a promotion that would draw attention to the welsh language broadcaster S4C's access services in a humorous and engaging way. The pop-up-book-inspired promo explians how to get the most out of the channel in the viewers language of choice. The intention was to make a memorable clip out of something that could have easily been boring. I think that this design is very visually appealing and reaches out to a wide range audience. I think that the pop-up style images make you engage with the video and the visual style is quite of the time.
